Hi Idris Elijah! I subscribed to your newsletter this week after reading your short story and some of your immersive content. I’ve enjoyed exploring so far! I agree with what you wrote today about silence. When I’m struggling to find answers to challenges I’m facing, I get silent. No devices, no music, no outside distractions. Just me and my thoughts. It helps clear my mind and gets me back on track. Just 10 minutes and my body feels more peaceful. All the best to you and thank you for the helpful tips!

Reading this reminded me of the connection between silence and nature. When I lived in San Diego I would go on long walks in the park or spend a few hours on the beach. I would always look for the most secluded areas where I could be at one with my thoughts. Nature reminds us that we are part of something greater than ourselves. Combining it with silence and stillness has always brought me peace and mindfulness. I’m going to work on finding ways to incorporate silence and nature into my routine and nourish my body and spirit more through your suggestions. Great content Idris!
